The Chapel of St. Avoye located in the heart of the valley of Sal is a jewel of the Renaissance, built in the 16th century, and historical monument.

The Chapel of St. Avoye located in the heart of the valley of Sal dates from the 16th century and is classified as an historical monument. This monument is impressive in its appearance and its size. The chapel houses a rare item: a gallery of Renaissance polychrome carved entirely. Oak, separates the chancel from the nave and defines the space reserved for nobles and the clergy (the chorus) that reserved for the faithful (the nave). The chapel is open daily from June 15 to September 20, 2010: - Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday from 2.30pm to 5pm - Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 2pm to 6pm
